Skype video chat on iP4?

This seems like a slam dunk feature - ip4 has the video chat in facetime, and skype has video chat...... so is it possible to video chat to someone on skype (or any other pc video chat services?)

Not available (yet).

Why Skype hasn't developed this already is a mystery to me (I don't know how difficult the programming would be, but it seems like the market and infrastructure is there for them already).

I am eagerly waiting for this feature because while FaceTime is cool, I don't have any friends that have adopted the IP4 yet.
