Skype works, iChat won't connect?

Can anyone assist me here? I am connecting from an iMac to a Macbook, both running Leopard. There were no problems connecting and having a video chat with Skype.

Both users could log on to iChat and talk, but it won't connect for a video chat. I've read iChat's video quality is better than Skype's, but can't get the video chat started. Any ideas?

See if either of the accounts can connect to appleu3test02, appleu3test03 which are both AOL Instant messenger accounts. You should see a Mac advertisement. If one or both fail to connect, which is more likely, take a look at either http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2282 for computers running Leopard or http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1507 if running Tiger.
