I'm having trouble with Skype. I am in the UK and have a December 2013 iMac running Mavericks. Skype did work fine but I've just been away on holiday. There was an update to Skype on my return, which I did, and Skype tells me I am running the latest version (6.18). I only use Skype to talk to my daughter in France, but when I look at her name in Contacts, it only offers "call" - no video option at all. My webcam is working OK. She is running Windows 8. Any ideas, please?

Reinstall the whole thing, its your best choice.
