SL 10.6.1 - i get an "Importing" dialoge alot

I did fresh install of Snow Leopard, then did a migration assistant transfer of my user account from my 10.5.8 install.

and every so often i see this:

i updated flip4mac to the latest, etc.

it happens even when there isnt any video files open or running, (Browsers arent open, itunes isnt open, vlc, etc)

id see it randomly show up.

i get it alot also when running utorrent.

any ideas? nothing bounces in the dock nor anything launches....
