I performed a clean install of Snow Leopard on my late 2008 model MacBook Pro.
The MacBook Pro came with a second DVD of apps.
Should I install those or does the new iLife 09 replace those programs?

Unless you bought the Box Set, you don't have a "new" iLife '09; you have nothing.

I think you misunderstood my question.

Let's try it this way...

If I already have iLife 09, should I bother installing the Apps on the App disk that came with my late 08 MacBook Pro?
