SL - QT and iTunes

I really like the new QT and am using it to watch videos I purchase thru iTunes. The problem is of course 1) QT has no way to remember where you stop watching a show and 2) you have to open files outside of iTunes and try to figure out which season is which, etc. Are there any solutions to either of these issues. I much prefer using QT rather than iTunes. I really like the borderless viewing.
