SL - scrubbing in quicklook for videos

in leopard i used quicklook a lot when checking out my videos and a very important thing that quicklook could do was scrub with two fingers but i installed snow leopard earlier today and just noticed it no longer works. does anyone know if there is a way to enable scrubbing?
