Imagine, if you will, using spaces as follows....
iTunes - Space 1
Mail - Space 2
If you are in space 1 and launch mail... it activates Spaces and moves you to space 2 - regardless as to whether you actually wanted to go to space 2 or not
Throwing this into terminal STOPPED this action in Leopard :
defaults write com.apple.Dock workspaces-auto-swoosh -bool NO
However, in SL it doesn't work.
Could anyone hazard a guess as to what to change in the line to get it to work?
If anyone has developer tools installed, could they open 'com.apple.Dock.plist' and take a look for me?
Any help appreciated.
