SL: Would a Dev who has used Gold Master please confirm if it will...

Hey all:

Would a Dev who has used SL Gold Master on a late 2008 uMBP please confirm if it will

(a) switch between the 9400m & 9600m GT automatically based on need, or at least manually w/o having to log out

(b) use both the 9400m & 9600m GT at the same time


I've heard "no" much more than "yes" from people on here recently, but the few "yes" answers have me wondering.

I haven't used it, but I remember reading that you have to log out. You also can't use them at the same time. Could have changed between the GM and the final release, but given that nothing ever does...

I thought the front page news on here said the GM was the final release.

GM means final.
