SlantedLock on 4.1

Is there any way to get SlantedLock working on 4.1 (iphone 4). I saw a screen shot with this on but I cant get it working. I'm done the file:// on safari deal.

I had the same problem with getting the Slantedlock to work the config page would not show up!

I had to restore my iphone 4 then I jailbroke with limera1n, installed Winterboard, installed SlantedLock, then did the safari file config thing, then went to winterboard themes checked SlantedLock, rebooted, and bingo works great!
