sld 2 ipad 2s, buying new but just got a used 2

my wife and i sold our 16gb wifi iPad 2s for $415 each. will buy 2 new iPads at best buy on the 16th. but just bought a used ipad2 16gb 3g for $350 as a spare and we wanted 3g connectivity if and when we ever need it. it has 4 months left on apple warranty so i can buy applecare for another year. good deal on the 3g?
