Since this feature became available 5 or 6 weeks ago I have exclusively worn my U2 at night.
I check my sleep stats and vitals every morning and have not had a single night with elevated breathing disturbances, I do have sleep apnea notifications enabled so I am guessing right now that I do not have sleep apnea, at least from an AW perspective.

I'm curious if anyone has yet received a notification, and if you care to share I'd like to know what it actually says.

I'm going back to my "old" routine wearing the U2 continuously for ~ 38hrs and then wear my S7 for sleep tracking while U2 is being charged overnight

No elevated breathing disturbances = no sleep apnea.

You will not receive a notification saying that you do NOT have sleep apnea.

search in the health app for "disturbances".
you should see a chart if it's being recorded. The chart only shows a level, like not elevated, elevated, or alert.

if it's not being recorded, I think you have to be in sleep focus, but not sure. I know wrist temperature doesn't record if you don't go into sleep focus.

if you go into the "show all data" towards the bottom of that screen, it will give you a list of days with their levels, if you click into a day it will show you the "breathing disturbance value" which is the AHI score.

Yep, this actually just triggered for me this morning. The "Export PDF" option gives a nice graph like in the Health app of breathing disturbances by day as well as links to the studies that Apple completed. I already exported everything and sent it over to my primary care doctor just a little bit ago, just waiting to hear back on next steps.

If anyone is curious - if you trigger this alert it adds another section to the Breathing Disturbances section in the Health app showing an "Alerts" section with a bar for how long the alert period was for. The Health app seemed to be prepping me for this - I was checking the Breathing Disturbances daily and a couple of days ago it added the "Alerts" section with no bar, seemingly indicating that it was getting ready to provide an alert or at least was getting close to enough data to make a determination on whether or not to trigger the alert.

Thanks for sharing, good to know.
Curious, when did you turn sleep apnea notification on?

I didn’t start wearing my watch for sleep until the start of that time period for the alert so probably 10/6 or 10/7, somewhere in there. My very first night of sleep tracking showed as elevated.

Thanks, so it did indeed take 4 weeks, good to know.

The Health app provides much additional data, but how does one determine the time of peak 'breathing disturbances'? I am weighing these charts against issues known to me about an unorthodox sleep pattern.
I also ask this after getting one alert so far for sleep apnea.
