Sleep button rattle (not loose)

Hey, I recently brought my iPhone 4 into Apple because the sleep button was no longer working. They gave me a new phone, not sure if it's a refurb or not but I noticed then when the sleep/wake button it pressed, there's a vibration/rattle I can hear coming from under the button. Also, the sleep button doesn't seem as tactile as the last phone. I know it's not the auto focus camera because it sounds a bit different. I'm not sure it's really worth going to back to Apple for but I'm curious to see if anyone else has noticed this. Thanks

Mine is only a few weeks out of the box.

I get just a small soft click when i press mine and is only noticable if you hold the handset near to the face whilst pressing the home button !
