Sleep/hybernate Issue

I made a mistake changing the ram's, I removed it when the notebook was in sleep. Now I has a problem when I sleep the mac I doesn't wake up, go directly yo hybernation. I tried to change the mode of sleep in terminal to the oldest one, its works but are giving me some errors and needs to restart. If i put back the others ram, the memory doesn't erase when was removed or yes? If not I put it back and the mac go back to the normal sleep/wake mode or doesn't?

You probably fried your logic board by working on it while it was running.
