Sleep Issues

My computer will not sleep as set in the power management settings. I've tried numerous things to get this fixed - it has been suggested that a startup program may be causing this.

Here are my currently installed startup programs:

gfxCardStatus
GrowlHelperApp
Dock-It
VMWare Fusion Helper
Facebook Notifications
LMILaunchAgentFixer
BetterTouchTool
iTunesHelper
RadioShift Helper
PopChar
MediaCentral Launcher
KeyCue
Typinator
MainMenu
TheTube Helper

Any of these known to cause problems? Thanks for any help you can provide.
