Today, my early '08 MBP just started this strange thing. I open the lid to wake it up and it sits there with it's black screen a little longer than it usually does, and the sleep light blinks about five times, then wakes up. Nothing besides that appears to be wrong, but I'm just wondering why is it doing this?

Actually I think I just figured it out. Also today, my batter apparently went 100% dead (a bad day for my Mac) . So I took the battery out and tried to open the lid again, and it woke up normal. So I guess the blinking was it's way of say my battery was dead.
