Hi Guys,

I am a new apple watch SE owner, and I am trying to get sleep tracking to work, however I am a bit confused. When I set up the app with sleep schedule, it automatically turns on do not disturb. If I turn of that, and wake up in the morning, there is no data regarding sleep in the morning. What can I do it turn on sleep tracking but not enable do not disturb ?

Thanks in advance

The whole point of sleep mode to not get disturbed during your sleep. You can put special people in exception list so that they can get through to you even when the device is in do not disturb mode. Just add the people to your favourites.

hmm, I get it, but just wanted to track sleep without setting up DND.

’s Sleep App is less about tracking sleep because no wearable device is good at it since sleep is a brain active and no wearable is connected to your head. ’s app is a about creating a routine around sleep. Think of it like the adult version a kid’s bedtime routine.
