So I just got my iPod touch and I can't for the life of me figure out if there's a "sleep" mode, you know, where you can tell it to turn off after an hour of being on. I like to listen when I go to sleep, but if it's on all night, it actually keeps me from sleeping well. I feel totally dumb cause I can't seem to figure this out!

Any suggestions?

Are you sure it has a sleep mode? Because I don't think there is. If you want a sleep mode get an iHome. Most of them have it. And they charge your iPod at the same time.

Open the clock app, then select timer on the right. From here select how many minutes/hours you want before the ipod turns off. Once you do that, then select "when timer ends"..and then check "sleep ipod" and then select "set". Then "start at the next screen. It will now go off at the amount of time you specified.

Clock -> Timer -> When Timer Ends -> Sleep iPod

EDIT: Damn, just beaten!

Thank you biikman and Ivan P :)

I don't know why I didn't think to look on the clock!
