Just a heads up for anyone who tracks resting heart rate and wants to use the Sleep Schedule. If you set sleep schedule to wake up at 7 but, you get up earlier, it seems to take your resting heart rate on or after 7 even if you've already gotten up and started moving around. Normally my RHR is 39... 41 tops but this morning after using the Sleep Schedule, it shot up to 50 as it would have taken the reading as I was getting ready... my better half watch done the same thing... normally 44 jumped to 67.

Needless to say, I've switched it off again.

I’ve noticed my resting heart rate has been very erratic since IOS14 and has gone up from averaging 50 to over 60.

Have you rectified this by switching off Sleep Tracking?

Any other workaround so both work?

I get up at 6am.

Oh thanks I found this thread. My resting heart rate was in 55-59 range and now today it was 71. This has scared the **** out of me. I don’t like the American system of lawsuits for everything but this is very serious that I want to definitely sue Apple for this. Unnecessary stress.
