Have an M2 Max Mac Studio. I'm trying to do a long data processing task on this which requires the Mac to run over many hours (even days). The computer display turns off after a while. When I log back in, I notice that the processing appears to have slowed during the time the display was off (I can tell this from time stamps that are recorded). Is the processing slowing because the machine is going into sleep mode when the display turns off? How do I prevent this from happening? I have looked under Energy Saver but I can't find any settings that allow you to prevent the machine going to sleep... I don't mind the display turning off, but I need the machine to work at full speed during that time.

Thanks.... looked this morning at the time stamps for files it has worked on over night and it does look like it has been working at the normal speed (i.e. 1 file generated every minute or so) even with the display sleeping, so may be the computer is not powering down as I thought. Last night when I started the process, a few files were taking about 15-25 minutes to appear, so I thought it was because the computer was going to sleep, but I wonder if those were caused by some housekeeping process slowing things down?

Looking at my trashcan mac pro running Catalina, the energy saver screen clearly gives the option of preventing the computer from sleeping when the display is off, but this option does not appear on my Mac Studio with Ventura... Why did they remove this option or am I just looking in the wrong place?
