I'm using my AW Ultra for sleep analysis and a bit confused. I have set up a schedule, etc, and my watch and iPhone go into sleep mode automatically according to my schedule. I noticed there is a setting under Sleep/FullSchedule/AdditionalDetails for "Track Time in Bed with iPhone". Should this be turned on or off if I'm wearing my watch. I often listen to podcasts when going to sleep and I've noticed my sleep analysis says I'm awake much longer than I think I am. Could this be because my iPhone is playing a podcast. Should this feature be turned off.
