Sleep tracking 7 vs 8

Ive never liked wearing a watch while I sleep, but I am starting to like the idea of the sleep tracking. Apart from the temperature sensor, is the tracking and app the same on the series 7 as the 8?

Yes, it’s the same.

I noticed better sleep detection/tracking using Ultra ( Series 8) compared to Series 7 45mm.
