I've been using the iOS 26 Beta since early July and have had no issues when my watch was still on watchOS 11 but since updating it on Tuesday to the release candidate the sleep tracking has been completely messed up saying I've been awake for much of the night or like last night barely registering anything.
My sleep schedule hasn't changed nor has the quality of my sleep so the only difference is the watchOS 26 RC.

Last weeks stats before updating to watchOS26

This Week showing Sunday-Tuesday okay but Wednesday after the update is where its screwed up

I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this or knows how to recalibrate the sleep tracking?
