I have the exact same problem on my iMac. I had the logic board replaced initially when I purchased my computer because it restarted every 20 min. Now my iMac has been restarting or cannot be turned back on after I put the device on sleep. I brought it into the Apple Store and now they are replacing the Logic Board. Your best bet is to just erase the whole computer and set up as new to see if the issue still happens. If it does then you are gonna need a new logic board most likely.
