Is there a way to disable the touchscreen during a call while using a headset? I'd like to be able to do this, but the screen stays on for a while...in the meantime, often I accidentally mute the call. This is super annoying.

iPhone 4, using Bose ie2's. Thanks!

If you're using a headset of any type, pressing the sleep/lock button during the call will lock the phone without ending the call.

Boy do I feel dumb. I tried this a couple weeks ago, but I hung up on the person. The cord must not have been plugged in all the way.

Thanks lazyflip.
