Sleeve / second skin for 13 RMBP with handles or shoulder straps

I am a looking for a minimal sleeve for the 13 RMBP that I would would mostly use to protect it in another larger bag, but that would also have either optional handles or a shoulder strap, that would let me carry it around on its own once in a while.

I went trough a couple of previous topics here and couldn't find one. Would anyone have some models in mind?

Thanks a lot. They look nice but with the options and international shipping the price goes up a bit too much for my linking, and also I would ideally need if for Christmas and I am am not sure it would make it where I need it then (France).

I am hoping I can find something in the 25-40 euros price range that can be purchased from a website or shop in Europe.
