Preface: No, I do not work for Slickwraps nor am I even going to post my referral link. Although if you do decide to order, please be kind and send me PM for it :D

Just wanted to share that I received my order from Slickwraps today for my two skins for our Apple Watches. I just felt like trying them out, and at only $8.95, I figured if I hated them it wouldn't be a huge loss. I ordered them on Monday night and they arrived today - pretty fast if you ask me!

My husband ordered "Maple" from the Wood series, and I ordered "Brushed Gold" from the Metal series. Pretty impressed when I got them, as it came with two skins incase you screw up the first one or want to save one for later. Usually there are tutorial videos online on how to apply these for each device, however Slickwraps has not finalized the Apple Watch one yet - their Facebook page said it would be done yesterday. Ha.

So if you are looking for some added protection or just want to switch up your color for awhile, check them out. I've used them before for my iPhone's and have always been happy.

Cheers.

Here's some other photos in the next few posts. Can only attach one pic at a time on my iPhone.

Must say I'm really not a fan of that. Each to their own though, as long as you like it.

Thanks for posting. I had been considering adding something like this as a crown inlay on my sport, but it doesn't look good to me. Good to know.

Yeah - I'm trying to decide if I'm going to keep it on or not. I know they say it takes a couple of days for everything to smooth out and fit snug on it. So we will see. Worse case scenario I'm out a few bucks.

I think it looks alright, though I think it'd look better not paired with the green sport band. Not something I'd put on my watch, but looks better than some of those cases people are using.

True, but it won't offer the same impact/shock protection that the cases will.

Of course, I'm talking purely from an aesthetic point of view. If you're only concerned about impact protection than this isn't going to do much of anything for you.

I could be wrong but I think most people will be buying these wraps to give their watch a different look with the scratch protection as an added bonus. I had one on my plastic Pebble and liked it, but it was much less to look at than the Apple Watch.

From a purely aesthetic point of view the naked watch looks better; I would be surprised if many people disagreed with that.

Yes - the green sports band does not fill well with this color wrap. I have a few bands ordered through Click and will have one that looks better with it, if I decide to keep it on.

Thanks for posting this. I saw a reply you made in another thread and ordered two (carbon silver and alligator leather).

I love the watch as it is, but am going to be in a rough environment and my watch has already gotten scratched up quite a bit. I'm not worried about the screen, but this is exactly what I was looking for just to protect from scratches. I'm leaving in week so hopefully it will get here before I go.

I used your referral link as well. ;-)
