This may or may not be the right place to ask this question, but recently I installed a slickwraps skin on the bottom part of my MacBook Pro. I managed to get it aligned correctly a 2nd time after peeling back part of it after goofing the first time.

The problem is when I peeled some of it back, a few hairs got stuck to the adhesive side. I managed to get out of one of them but I left the rest on there without thinking they might be a problem. Luckily I managed to get the skin on there near perfectly after that. But after thinking about this later, would those hairs scratch the aluminum part of the MacBook, over time?

Better chance of the skin scratching the aluminum than the hair. Although, it's improbably that either would scratch it.
