Slide-to-Answer bar getting stuck on Incoming Calls

When there's an incoming call, the "Slide to Answer" bar is getting stuck/unresponsive when I slide it to the right. This is also happening when I press the green "Answer" button (when phone is not locked) to pick up a call.

The screen freezes/locks up and a hard reboot is required in order get the device working again.

I've deleted and reinstalled Winterboard and also wiped the cache.

Jailbreaking my 4S went fine (using Windows GUI) without any issues whatsoever.

Is this a known isue and is there a fix for this?

Only apps I've installed thus far are:

-Winterboard
-iBlacklist
-iFile
-iWipeCache
-Springtomize 2
-SNES9x Emulator

Apple bug. Happened to my iPhone 4 and 4S unjailbroken a few times.

Edit: misread, your issue might be a JB issue. Try disabling iblacklist

Nice call. I uninstalled iBlacklist and that problem went away. Thanks.

Going to try a re-install to see if something might have been corrupted with initial install of iBlacklist.

i too have this problem and it is definitely after i installed blacklist..I will try reinstalling. Did it fix it for you?

Actually the developer released an update late yesterday that fixes this issue. I can confirm that iBlacklist is working great yet again - no more locked/frozen call answer slider bar.
