Slide to delete no longer working (anywhere)

I don't know what's causing this or when it started but swiping a message in whatsapp, mail, messages, even the tapatalk app no longer shows me the delete icon (mark as read in tapatalk). Does anyone know what's causing this or how to fix it?

Edit: I thought I'd go and uninstall some of the new things I've installed in the past couple of days and it turns out that CloseEnhancer was causing it. Anyone else using it have this problem? Do you know of a fix for it? The weird thing is after uninstalling it, now I go back to search for it and it doesn't show up anymore. I didn't add any sources for it when I installed it the first time.

If you download the newest version of the app from the dev's repo (cydia.rudolf77.be) it will be fixed. It doesn't show up anymore because Rudolf only has it on his repo due to low downloads.
