Throughout the last few days my iPhone has been trying to turn itself off. The power button itself isn't stuck or anything, and most of the time the phone will be asleep and just turn itself on with the flashing red bar. Rebooting hasn't helped, and neither has restoration. Any ideas?

Do you have it in a case where it might not seem like anything is pressing the lock/sleep button but the case itself might be exerting some pressure?

Alternatively, could be something weird about the hardware/circuitry (especially if the phone might have been exposed to something like larger amounts of dust, or moisture, or even perhaps dropped in some way). Could be the power button itself given that those have been known to go out in one way or another at times on various phones.
