"Slide to Upgrade"

I can't believe I see no threads regarding this. Anyone else having this problem?

I am going from a iPhone 4 to a 6s+

Restored from iCloud from my old phone. Not a good idea I guess. It seems everything is transferred over and the new phone has iOS9 but I am stuck in the white Slide to Upgrade screen. It obviously needs the 9.0.1 update but I can't seem to get it on there.

Anyone else have this problem and found a fix?

(I'm not talking about the supposed fix they had when 9.0.1 came out a week or two ago, I'm talking about with the new phones only. And specifically upgrading from a 4 if someone else is experiencing this)

I have the same problem....but when i follow the instructions on the support site...it does not "update". It gets stuck half way and itunes gives me an error dialogue box.

Anyone else have this issue? If so, how did you resolve it? Would like to try to fix it myself (if possible) before making an appointment at the Apple Store.
