First of all i would like to apologize for my bad english.
I have a problem with the photo slideshows on my aTV2. They crash, all the time. I share the pics from my macbook and i've tried both "map sharing" and throu iPhoto, same result. I've also tried maps and albums with 18 pics and up to 750 pics. All my ties are on the iPhoto album with 750 pics.
So, right now this is what happens:
I go to my home shared computer, pictures and then slideshow. When i go to settings and turn repeat OFF and shuffle ON, and start the slideshow it spins for couple of seconds and then flashes 2-3 pic super quick and then sends me back to thumbs.
If i turn repeat ON and suffle ON it works, but i goes pic 1-10 two times, and then 7-17 two times and so on. Sometimes it goes back to pic 1, sometimes random between 1-X (X= the pic who is currently "top" number). I've seen the same pic so many times i can puke on it.
If i turn suffle OFF and repeat ON it displays, as you know, 750 in the order they are added in the album. In this case, its a around the world trip, so it's rather nice to have them shuffled.
I GET the SAME problem when i'm trying to start a slideshow from my iPad (gen1) and my iPhone (4).
The aTV2 runs 4.3 (2557), the macbook runs Lion (10.7.1) and they are connected by a Airport Express (7.5.2).
Since i have a housewarming party this upcoming weekend and i would be nice to have a slideshow running on my TV.
