slideshow pro HELP NEEDED

Hello good people,

i have been trying to use slideshowpro's iphoto plugin to make a bloody slideshow, professionally. i can't get it to work!

the plugin makes an "images.xml" file and a pictures folder.

we try to open the file "sspro_130.mxp", an extention for flash we think, but when we open that we get the error message "requires flash 7.0...", which we have installed (!)

we get as far as opening images.xml in dreamweaver, but what then?!
