iPod touch Sliding wallpaper on iPod Touch?

My mom has an android smart phone and i noticed when she slides here phones section to the right or left, the background slightly moves, i was wondering if there is a patch on cydia that allows you to do this. I want it cause it gives this cool dimensional effect. Thanks for the help!
