So my sound stopped working, and I looked down there and there is a tiny dot of corrosion as it seems, its a bit green of color. Now my iPhone never been exposed to water and this happened out of nowhere.

Now my iPhone 4s is 2 months old. Apple store 2 hours away and Im afraid they going to void my whole warranty because of this. Pretty mad.

What can I do? the red water indicators are not turned on.

Could be the battery leaking slightly. If the indicators are ok I'd take it back. Don't take no for an answer but they will probably replace it anyway with any grief.

How can they refuse you warranty if your water indicators are not tripped? Ask them to tell you what scenario they think played out to cause this to not be covered by warranty... Very precisely placed rain droplets? A plot by you to swindle a new phone to replace your aging (2 month old) phone?

They won't give you any guff about it.
