iPod touch Slight gap between seal and digitalizer

There appears to be a slight gap where the scene meets the aluminium, so I'm wondering whether this is a common case or I received a lemon.

how long ago did you get it? If your under the 1 year warranty, bring it in. I don't have a slight gap, you probably received a lemon.

*screen and yeah I kinda noticed it a few days after I unboxed it.
