Sorry to add another battery question, but just trying to find out where mine fits in the scheme of things . . .
I do not have the radical drainage problems that indicate an obvious problem.
However, my take on the majority of threads is that it seems most are getting over 5 hours usage with WiFi and 3G turned on, and reasonable brightness.
All of my stats are in the range of 4 to 4 1/2 hours total usage, with a day or so standby. Generally heavy on the 3G, some WiFi, very little else.
[In light of recent threads, I am not a compulsive returner. No problems on my 2 MacBooks, previous iPhone, various iPods, (OK, I did return my iPad but the screen was yellow
