Like the forgetful idiot I am I carelessly misplaced my left AirPod last week. I was intending to go and buy a replacement but realised they're a bit cheaper in the US (I live in the U.K.) and I was going to Miami the following week. I'm there now and wondering what the procedure is for buying a replacement.

Do I need to organise a Genius Bar appointment?

Does it matter that I bought the AirPods from a 3rd party seller in the U.K?

Any advice gratefully received

Just a quick bump to see if anyone has bought a replacement or knows how to do so.

Would be a big help so any advice on this would be gratefully received.

Last attempt to see if anyone else has experienced this issue or knows the procedure. Thanks!
