Hi all!

I'm looking for a slim / ultra-light 4S case that has a bit of a lip that extrudes above the screen. I love cases like Elago's Slim Fit or Incipio's Feather, but the fact that they're flush with the screen is a drawback. If it goes face-first to the concrete, the glass is taking the impact. Just the slightest lip would be a huge savior.

Does something like this exist?

I think the Desmay has what you're looking for with the lip

That's a really awesome looking case, but it's actually the opposite of what I'm looking for. That case is so tiny that it doesn't even extend to be flush with the glass. It's thinner than the phone.

There are TONS of cases that fit your description. What you're describing is called "lay."

Does anyone know if the Speck SeeThru Satin fits the 4S properly? It came out in January and then was discontinued soon after. It's still available on Amazon and is exactly what I'm looking for.

Stay away from Speck Satin SeeThru.

Most of Speck cases have flaking issues. My Satin was flaking afer only a couple of days.
