Slim monitor/laptop desktop mount

I have a Dell monitor with VESA 100 mount and my MBP. I've just recently purchased a Duronic dual mount and it's unfortunately far too big and clunky as it will mean that the monitor stick out away from the wall more than the dell desktop stand.

Can anyone recommend a laptop/monitor mount/arm that allows the monitor to be positioned very close to the wall?
