I have a nice Catalyst case for my IP 8. But now I'd like something slimmer, but with some protection.

That means the cheapest cases are out. I normally don't ask for advice on cases but despite narrowing down on these it's not easy for me to get a sense of how they will feel in my hand.

If any of you have these cases (links below), I'd appreciate answers to these questions:

-Is the back slippery, or does it provide a decent grip?

-Do the sides afford a good grip, and in general do you find that the phone does not tend to slip?

-What is your experience with drops? Would you say there is some level of protection afforded by these cases?

Thanks!

Do they make this case for other iPhone models besides the newest generation? I wanted one for my XS Max, but I couldn't find any information on it.

OP, out of the cases you are considering, only the Caudabe will offer some sort of drop protection.
