I just hooked up my slingbox and got it connected to my 3GS. In two weeks I'm going to be flying to see my dad and I'll have some layovers there and back so I was wondering how long it will take the app to drain the battery? I know it will probably drop quick but if anyone can give me a good estimation I would appreciate it. Also if I'm in a car or at home and I have the phone plugged up to a charger will the drain be so much that the charger can't keep up?

if your flying

international then I'd be real careful and only use Wifi Data can get really expensive fast overseas.

International Roaming - Data
200 MB Data Global Add-On
$199.99 200MB
100 MB Data Global Add-On
$119.99 100MB
50 MB Data Global Add-On
$59.99 50MB
20 MB Data Global Add-On
$24.99 20MB

About 3 hours. It varie though. And their is no way you can drain your battery faster than your charger can charge it with slingplayer.
