Slippery scrolling in Safari - thoughts?

Previously scrolling took no more than half a second.. now it takes upto 3 seconds to stop scrolling even with a small swipe.

Do you like it or dislike it?

I haven't actually tried it yet, but since that's the way scrolling works everywhere else in iOS I'm really looking forward to it. My educated guess is that I will love it.
