Slow 3G data speed 4.3.1

Anyone experiencing extremely slow data speeds with the 4.3.1 jailbreak? I'm getting terrible speeds

Slow iPhone 4.3.1 after jailbreak

I'm getting super slow data as well after the 4.3.1 JB on my iFour (what my gf calls my iPhone 4)...

Happened when I installed SBSettings. Uninstalled but still super slow... On WiFi right now as my 3G is snail-paced...

Help!?!?
