slow 3g data

So for the last few weeks i have only been getting just a little bit above 1 Mbps download and about 1 Mbps upload. Before i was getting about 4 Mbps download and about 2 upload. Now i dont think its att limitting my data since i only use maybe almost 1 gig in a month. Now is this somthing I should call att up about or is it just normal?

Here in SoCal, I only usually get less than 1 MB/s download and about 0.2 upload on average. It doesn't seem to be a problem when I'm streaming Netflix but the 4 MB/s download sounds nice..

Yea, call them to see if there are any congestion/upgrade issues with your towers.

It's probably just more people using your tower, but I guess giving them a call never hurt anyone.
