Slow after a while being on...

After a few minutes(30+-)of being on, my system just gets super slow, I dont understand, system up to date. Once I turn it off/on, it gets super fast and then after a while again super slow.. any ideas? Thank you.

CPU Temp: around 35-45 C max using smcFanControl full speed

Do you see any change in the spotlight magnifying glass indicator? Could be Spotlight indexing periodically. Pop open the spotlight form and see if there's any message there.

No messages, actually yesterday was indexing my external HDD but it finished without any problems.
