i had vista installed on my macbook but i decided to remove it a few days ago since i never used it that much... plus to clear up some space.
i used the boot camp assistant and it seemed to uninstall without a hitch. now when i start my macbook, it takes what seems like forever to load.
first a gray screen shows (no apple logo) for about a minute. THEN the apple logo shows for a while. then the loading graphic. finally it goes to the login screen. total boot time is probably close to 2 minutes. it used to boot under 30 seconds.
all of this happened right after i removed vista.
any ideas?
