Slow Boot Camp.

Hello,

I'm having an odd issue here I haven't had in my older Mac.
I've installed Windows 7 on my Boot Camp and everytime when I start it up, After the Windows Welcome message it just shows me a blue wallpaper and it takes like 5 minutes till the Explorer.exe and the rest of the things load.
I did try deleting my Boot Camp and re-installing all again but I keep having that.
Is it suppose to be that way? If not how can I fix it?

Can you tell us specifically which Mac hardware and which Windows version you are using?

My iMac Hardware are as in the signature:
iMac 2011
Intel i5 2.5 Ghz
4GB RAM
500GB HDD
AMD Radeon HD 6750.

And I'm trying Windows 7 64bit Ultimate.
