iPad mini Slow cellular connection when memory full

Hello

I had a very slow connection in cellular mode these last days. I really thought it had to do with the network or me having consuming all my usage.

Then I realized my Ipad was almost 100% full so I deleted some movies. Right after the connection was back at original speed.

Has anyone experienced the same?

I would recommend restoring as new and then transferring your backup over. Update to 6.1.3 if you have not already.
